Section GMG.01.02 — Interpretation

This Ordinance shall be deemed a reasonable and proper exercise of police power of the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribe for the protection of the public health, welfare and safety of the people living on lands under the jurisdiction of the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribe and all those who enter said lands for lawful purposes. The provisions of this Ordinance shall be liberally construed for accomplishment of this purpose.
