Section TAX.01.09 — Enforcement

Jurisdiction over enforcement of the provisions of the Tax Ordinance is conferred upon the Tribe's Tribal Court. The Court shall apply Section TCT.02.23 Administrative Appeals to an appeal to the Court under this Tax Ordinance.
