Legislative History

Section YAE.09.01, Section YAE.09.03(a), Section YAE.09.06 are amended, Section 28.2(H), Section YAE.09.05(a), Section YAE.09.05(c) are deleted; Section YAE.09.03(c) and Section YAE.09.12 are created; Section YAE.09.05 is renumbered to add a filing fee, clarify how the court is to notify the Treasurer, clarify that delivery to the Treasurer occurs 45 days prior to a per capita payment, add in future amendment section, and delete references to wage assignments because 28 U.S.C. §1738B requires full faith and credit of foreign child support orders.
