Tribal Council amended on June 2, 2009, by Resolution No. 058-09, making the following changes. Creating new Sections Section TCT.01.04(b), Section TCT.01.05(i), 1.6(DD), 1.6(L)(1)-(6), 1.6(N), Section TCT.01.06.5, 1.8(J), Section TCT.01.09(d), 1.31.5, 1.33(F), 1.33(G), and 1.34(F). Amending Sections Section TCT.01.04(a), Section TCT.01.05(a), Section TCT.01.05(b), Section TCT.01.05(h), Section TCT.01.06(c)(1), 1.6(E), 1.6(F), 1.6(H), 1.6(I), 1.6(M), 1.6(N), 1.8(H), 1.8(I), Section TCT.01.09(a), Section TCT.01.10(b)(3), Section TCT.01.12, 1.22(A)(1), 1.22(B), and 1.22(C). Making technical changes to Sections 1.6(C)(5)-(6), Section TCT.01.15, 1.22(D) and the Legislative History. Approved by the BIA, Great Lakes Agency, on June 16, 2009 (no comments from Minneapolis Regional Office during 90-day comment period).
