Amended Section ENV.01.01(a) and (B), Section ENV.01.11(c), Section ENV.01.13 by inserting "and the Stockbridge-Munsee Fish and Game Board;" sSection ENV.01.02(a) and (B) by deleting requirement to obtain State of Wisconsin licenses; Section ENV.01.03(a) and (B) by changing the fees; created Section ENV.01.03(c); deleted section 21.6(5) "Fur bearing animal"; deleting "bald eagle, elk, fisher, golden eagle, marten, timber wolf, lynx or any species determined to be rare or" from section 21.6(C)(4); added "no more than ten grouse" to Section ENV.01.07(d); added Section ENV.01.08(e) and 21.10(E); created reporting requirement to section 21.9(A)(4); amended section 21.9(A)(2) and Section ENV.01.09(b) to clarify the type and size of weapon or firearm; deleted "the restrictions on the manner for taking bear are the same as outlined in (A)(1) of this section" from Section ENV.01.09(b)(1); created Section ENV.01.11(b)(1); and created Section ENV.01.14.
